We would like to thank Jacob Construction and Co. for making our building experience such an enjoyable one. Right from the early planning stages through to the end we found that Clancy, Sharon and the whole crew that they have working with them was absolutely wonderful. They were always on top of things. The staff was always very easy to deal with and willing to discuss matters with us. If there was a problem it was dealt with immediately. As well, for as busy as the building industry has been the last year or so, Jacob’s Construction was able to get us in to our home 2 weeks early…!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to make our dream home a success.

The workmanship has been superb from the frame work, drywall to the painting and finishing work. You have chosen your contractors well. It seems that everyday someone was working on our house. From the time our family first walked into your showhome in Windrose, we felt at home. I think that it was because the place was designed, built and completed with care and attention. Little things were taken care of and each room just seemed to flow into the next. Although, I am sure a lot of other builders could have replicated the floor plan, I doubt that they could have replicated the house. There are few gifted people. like yourself, who can turn something simple into something special.

After sitting down with you and your family, it became apparent why you are so successful, you listen. It is obvious that you want to build homes, good homes. Homes that you can point out to your Grandchildren or Great-Grandchildren one day.
